Sometimes I wonder why the organization and bureaucracy of our modern-day Church makes it so difficult for people to join the Body of Christ, the Church itself. We hear so many stories in the Acts of the Apostles of people hearing about Jesus, being touched by the testimony of the disciples, and then immediately being baptized.
